This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Turgame.com (the "Service") as a registered member. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.

Member: the natural person who completes registration and accepts this Agreement.
Service: the website, sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and APIs operated by the Company.

2. Eligibility

• Each Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• The Company may decline or revoke membership at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Member Obligations

• You will not interfere with the Service or attempt to circumvent security controls.
• Automated scraping, multi-account abuse, and reverse engineering are prohibited.
• Fraudulent payment, stolen card use, or chargeback abuse may result in immediate termination and legal action.

4. Scope of Service

The Company offers digital gift cards, game pins, and related products. Registered members may receive personalised offers, loyalty rewards, expedited checkout, and order history features.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account settings. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Agreement; outstanding orders remain enforceable.

6. Effective Date

This Agreement enters into force when you accept it during sign-up. The Company may revise these terms; material changes will be notified by email and require renewed acceptance.
